But the youngster also has a slightly older brother who is earning rave reviews of his own.

Guela Doue is a right back who has been impressing for Strasbourg this past season, making 32 Ligue 1 appearances and scoring one goal.

Chelsea lead race for Doue

According to Luca Bianchin, Chelsea are interested in signing the 22-year-old Guela.

The player also has strong interest from AC Milan, who are looking for a new right back after losing Kyle Walker and Davide Calabria this summer, with Emerson Royal’s future also in doubt.

Eintracht Frankfurt also like the player, but Bianchin says that Chelsea are ahead in the race.

Chelsea and Strasbourg have shared ownership under the BlueCo umbrella, led by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital.

This means Chelsea will have first refusal on any Strasbourg player.

This multi-club ownership model has facilitated transfers between the clubs, with Chelsea recently signing of Mamadou Sarr from Strasbourg.

Bianchin reports it will cost around €20 million to sign Doue.

Unlike his brother who plays for France, the older Doue plays his international football for the Ivory Coast. He has won seven caps and scored one goal.

He joined Strasbourg last year from Rennes.
